My 30 Day Challenge is my most popular option of any of the plans that I offer and perfect for those who don’t want to commit to too long of a program.
The 30 day challenge is a meal plan that follows a 30 day program, however can be recycled and repeated as many rounds as necessary to achieve desired weight loss. Many girls choose to repeat the challenge when they see how great the results can be! It comes in two versions- strict & busy gal.
-Basically it is a guide that thoroughly outlines exactly what to eat for 30 days- explains supplements, cardio requirements, recommended but not required weight training with a sample workout guide.
-Next, I give you a diary template for logging what you are eating that you can send me every night for review and to keep you accountable to be sure you are on track. So if desired, you have me to hold you accountable as a coach for 30 days!
-The diet itself produces great results. I give you options for carbs, protein, and veggies and you plug in choices of carbs/proteins (but in the busy girl version you get a few shakes and less real meals daily for flexibility in your schedule.) This plan uses carb cycling to shed fat fast! I have had girls lose 25 lbs in 30 days and you can do as many cycles of the challenge as you want! One girl has done three cycles and lost 45 lbs!
** I offer more long term programs too! I have two ten-week guides in classic and busy gal versions that include day to day diet, workout guidelines, and diary template for recording meals.
